ASIA INSPIRED :
Qi gong : Qi gong is a very old practice coming from the East. It literally means work of energy. Gong means work, and Qi is the vital energy that you can find everywhere and in everything. Qigong can be described as a mind-body-spirit practice that improves one's mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing technique, self-massage, sound, and focused intent. There are likely thousands of qigong styles, schools, traditions, forms, and lineages, each with practical applications and different theories about Qi (“subtle breath” or “vital energy”) and Gong (“skill cultivated through steady practice”).
Yin yoga: Yin is a slow-paced class. We hold the position for 3 to 5 min. It not your typical sweaty, intense vinyasa flow. Yin gives you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body, So it helps you stretch and lengthen those rarely-used tissues while also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts. While “yang” yoga focuses on your muscles, yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. The practice of yin yoga followed traditional Chinese medicine and believes there are pathways of Qi (energy) that run through our bodies. A yin yoga sequence can help restore the healthy flow of Qi in our bodies.
Moon circle: This is a practice of honoring the lunar phases and harmonizing with their natural ebb and flow through creativity, clarity, ritual, and yoga asana. A lunar approach is consistently taken to explore yoga asana with fluid movement and slow conscious transitions. Heat, strength, and endurance is cultivated passively.
Acupressure: In this class, we will go gentle self message following the Chinese medicine and the Thai massage. Acupressure is an ancient healing art that's based on the traditional Chinese medicine practice of acupuncture. With acupressure, you put pressure on specific places in your body. These places are called acupoints. Pressing these points can help release muscle tension and promote blood circulation

YOGA THERAPY :
Yoga nidra : Yodra nidra is a deep relaxation technique and a form of meditation. Also called "psychic sleep," yoga nidra is a state between sleeping and waking. The body is completely relaxed and the practitioner turns the awareness inward by listening to a set of instructions; much like a guided meditation. Yoga nidra practice results in deep relaxation and expands the individual's self-awareness.
Aromatherapy : Add some colors to your practice. In this class we will add the power of the plants to deepen our experience. Please make sure you are not allergic to essential oils.
Chair yoga : Slow down and connect to yourself. Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. If you take a restorative class, you may hardly move at all, doing just a few postures in the course of an hour
Restorative : In Restorative yoga, the intention is to relax as far as possible into the postures, using as little physical effort as possible. The mind focuses on the breath in order to cultivate mindfulness and release tension from the body. With a whole sequence using as few as five or six postures which are held for long periods of time. This may include bolsters, blankets, blocks and belts. Gentle music may be played, and the practice may be combined with guided meditation. As such, Restorative yoga is considered particularly beneficial for those suffering from anxiety, insomnia or headaches, as well as other stress-related conditions. Restorative yoga is believed to boost the immune system and accelerate the body's natural healing process.
